SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L., in compliance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), informs you that the data you provide in the order form or contact will be included in the electronic files of SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L., for the purpose of processing the development of the promotion. Should you refuse to provide them, it will be impossible to take part in this promotion. With the user's prior consent, SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. will send this information about other news and activities concerning SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L., to the electronic mail address the user has provided. In addition and also with the user's prior authorisation, SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. can inform you about SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. by SMS to your mobile phone number.

SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. recommends that, each time any modification is made in any of the data you have previously provided in the registration form, you personally update the changes using the form: review and supply new data. If the data provided are not updated or are not correct, SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. assumes no responsibility if it is unable to successfully contact the users to give them the prizes or inform them about other promotions.

By sending the completed order form or contact to SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L., the candidate gives his/her consent to SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. using his/her personal data for the purposes detailed above. In compliance with article 6 of the LOPD, however, the candidate may recall his/her consent, prior to a justified request, for processing the personal data provided. SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. undertakes that the data provided shall be processed as completely confidential and in accordance with all the security measures established by Law, to avoid unauthorised processing and access. The data provided shall not be used for uses other than those strictly described above. In addition, SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. and in compliance with article 5 of the LOPD, informs you that the reply to the questions in the registration form is optional and that you may at any time exercise the rights of access, amendment, cancellation and/or objection with regard to the data provided. In this case, the candidate should send his/her claim to the file manager by e-mail to the address jordanschmulyck@jordanschmulyck.com. These rights may also be exercised by letter to SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L., Pº Pintor Rosales, 32 1º Izq. 28008, Madrid quoting reference “Ref: CANCELLATION". In both cases, the candidate shall provide documents to show his/her identity.

In compliance with article 12.2 of Law 34/2001, of 11 July, on Electronic Commerce and Information Company Services, SCHMULYCK COSMETICS, S.L. Pº Pintor Rosales, 32 1º Izq. 28008, Madrid will retain for a maximum period of twelve months, all that data essential to identify the origin of the embedded data and time when the service started. The obligation to withhold the data shall not affect the secrecy of the communications.
